SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship orders to customers in the United States.
SHIPPING TIMES
Our estimated shipping time for standard U.S. orders is approximately 3–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that shipping times do not include order processing time.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders generally require 3–5 business days for processing. Processing includes order verification, preparation, packing, and handoff to the shipping carrier.
During holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by shipping carrier delays, weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions, holidays, promotional periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Certain oversized, specialty, or internationally sourced products may require additional delivery time. In rare cases, these items may take significantly longer than the standard estimated delivery timeframe.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DELAYS
For orders that may be subject to customs or import processing, delays may occur that are outside our control.
We will provide tracking information when it is available to us from the shipping carrier.
HOLIDAY AND PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
During busy periods, including holidays, November and December, promotional events, or unusually high order volumes, processing and delivery times may be longer than the standard estimated timeframe.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed, provided that the order has not already been processed.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
